Cabin Counselor Positions |
We are looking for male cabin counselors. The prime qualification is that you have the patience and interest in working with children. As a cabin counselor you will also need to teach an activity.

Wilderness Trip Leaders |
Quetico Provincial Park, The Superior Hiking Trail, The Flambeau, Brule, St. Croix and Namekagon Rivers... These are some of the great trips we go on every summer and we're looking for a few individuals who love the outdoors to lead these trips.
In addition to our competitive summer salary, North Star will put every trip leader through a Wilderness First Responder course, the industry standard certification. |

Kitchen Assistants |
Want to work a traditional job in a different setting? We're looking for a few kitchen assistants to help with the daily functioning of our dining hall. Duties include food preparation, dish washing and overall kitchen upkeep.
Must be a team player! In addition to our summer salary, room and board is included. |

Climbing Instructors |
Help teach kids climbing techniques and safety. Our climbing facilities include a 60 ft. climbing tower that has one climbing face and two obstacle faces and a zip line. We also have a second shorter climbing wall as well as a bouldering wall. We're looking for instructors who are excited to help make our kids better climbing. Our wall is one of our most popular program areas!
All activity instructors also serve as cabin counselors. |
